Flash shrugs. "I worked at Crazy Treats, dropped out of high school, and want to go get my GED, but I don't have the money," She answers and looks at him.

"How you grew up. Do you have any siblings? What's your favorite color? What kinds of movies you like. Just, stuff about you."

Flash nods. "I consider myself an only child, but I have about 12 half siblings. I was raised by my mother. I Don't really have a favorite color, and I like most movies that I watch," She answers.

Carter blinked, expecting to hear more. Realizing she wasn't going to continue, he asked, "What about your friends?"

Flash blinks. "I only have 2 really, Josh, and my other friend Morna," Flash whispers.

"Well, I am Carter. I'm 20, almost 21. I grew up in a small town just outside the city. I'm an only child. My dad died of cancer when I was 15. Some of my good friends are, Charlie, Chad, Bobby, and Allison. I pretty much have known them my whole life. And I mostly prefer comedy movies."

Flash nods, and looks at him again. "I'm 19. I turn 20 in about 3 weeks," She whispers.

"My history teacher got in my face, so I broke his hand. I was expelled, so instead of looking for a new school, I just dropped out," Carter shrugged.

Flash nods. "I dropped out because my so-called father, wanted me to stay in school," She replies calmly, and glances at him to watch his reaction.
