Rave quickly stood up and turned to face him. She asked a random question that has been bugging her for a while, "Do you think I'm week? I mean, am I intimidating?"

Hakota's face went blank as he tried to think of what to say. "Well... You're not weak but... To a guy at least... You're not exactly intimidating... Uh... I mean..." It was all he could say.

Rave waited for a moment then sighed, remembering how she told herself to control her anger better. To change the conversation, she asked, "So, you and Crystal were friends?"

Rave smirked a little and held back a laugh. Once question was wanting to come out so badly, but she didn't know if she should ask it or not. Finally she asked, "Do you like her? More than a friend?"

Hakota flicked his ears back and thought about it. He wanted to say yes, but part of him wanted to say no. Finally he answered, "Well, not really." He stared at her eyes for a minute then added, "You have pretty eyes."

Rave's ears fell back and she froze. Suddenly, she quickly looked away and didn't reply.

Agh! That was too soon wasn't it... He thought, but continued, "I've never seen purple eyes before..."

Rave started to feel very awkward. She replied quietly, I got them from a mix of my parents eyes.. When I am mad, they change to more of a red color when I'm mad and turn a little more blue when I'm happy.."

"Mood changing eyes?" Hakota said, surprised a little.

Rave shook her head, "No. It has to do with blood." She looked back at him, "If I am mad, more blood rushed to my head, therefore more blood being in my eyes and making them look more red. When I am really happy, there is less amount of blood because I am calmer, making the blue more noticeable."

Hakota raised an eyebrow. "Strange... We don't have anyone like that where I come from. Except Crystal, her eyes would get red too."
