Crystal padded to Amethyst Mountain quickly, sniffing around frantically as she tried to track them down.

"Hi." She said quickly, not paying attention to who is was, sicne her nose was to the ground and she was walking around quickly, trying to get a scent.

Crystal perked her ears, looking at him with wide eyes. "You do!?" She stepped closer to him, almost pleading, "Please, take me to them!"

Juni got to the bottom of amethyst mountain and looked up. "This is Amethyst Mountain. You can see the whole territory from up there."

Shy went up to Juni's side, also looking up at the mountain. "Wow... That's a long climb... I guess we better get started, huh?" she said, turning her head to Juni and smiling.

Juni hadn't been looking at Shy, so she didn't have the slightest clue that she had said anything. "Well, lets go," she sighed just before starting to head up the side of the tall mountain.

She followed Juni up the mountain. "So Juni..." she said, trying to come up with a conversation, "Are there any other interesting things about you?"

Juni continued walking, completely oblivious to Shy talking to her.

Shy gulped before nudging her new-found friend's side in order to get her attention.

Juni turned her head back to look at Shy, slowing her stride down so she could walk closer to Shy's side. "Yes?"

Shy clears her throat. "Ummm... Well... I was just kinda hoping we could talk a little more on our way up there is all." she said, slightly blushing.

Juni hadn't noticed the blushing. "Talk about what?"

"Ummmm... I don't know. Maybe you could tell me a little more about yourself?" she said in a hoping tone, even though she knew that Juni couldn't hear her.

shy thought about that for a second. "Well, what caused you to become deaf? Were you born deaf or did you become deaf later on?" she asked.

Juni nodded and explained, "Well, I'm not sure exactly why or how it happened. Around 6 months old, my hearing began to fade. Eventually, I couldn't hear anyone unless they were howling as loud as they could."

"I understand..." Shy said, a sad expression appearing on her face as she remembered what her old pack was like. "My past in my previous pack didn't have too fond of memories either..."

Juni nodded. "I'm sorry to hear that." They came near the highest parts of the mountain, slowing her pace until she was stopped. Juni looked at out the view and smiled, "This, Shy, is all of the freeform spirit pack territory."

Shy stopped next to Juni, and stared out at the view. Her mouth hung open in awe. She normally wasn't the type for "sight seeing," but this was absolutely astonishing. She had never seen anything like it in her life. She looked down at Juni, nudging her to get her attention again. "Juni! This place is beautiful!"
