Clary blinks. "I think I feel the same," She whispers.

Jace licked her muzzle again, then her jaw, and said quietly, "Good."

Clary smiles. "You know, your kinda heavy," She whispers, and licks his nose again.

"I know," he smiled and moved letting her up. "Good kick, by the way. I can still feel it."

Jace nudged her roughly. Training her to defend herself well was one of his biggest goals, so he'd do something whenever she'd least expect it. Even if it was something simple, like nudging her roughly.

Jace flicked his ear and started walking. "Where did whats-his-name go?"

"Simon. And I don't know, he wanders off a lot," Clary replies and nips at his shoulder lightly.

Jace ducked away from Clary and shrugged, "Oh. Ok."

Clary smiles, and wags her tail lightly. Simon walks back toward them, and glances between them. "Did I miss something," He asks.

Simon tilts his head. "Who are you to decide what is relevant to me or not," He replies.

"I'm Jace. Nothing more. I have no say on what you should and shouldn't know. But I do have a say in what you know about anything to do with me. And so does Clary. If she wishes to tell you anything, she will," Jace replied calmly.
