Spencer and Leo met when they were about 6, and have been friends since. He knows what caused Leo to be dead once before, but He doesn't share it. He's dated quite a few girls, and he always ends up leaving them.

Anything Else:

Him and Leo look quietly alike, they consider each other to be twins, like how everyone has an exact opposite, Leo's is Spencer. He also has the same tattoo, but it's on his chest.
