Personality
Carter is very protective of his family and will do whatever he has to to keep them safe. He has an open heart and an open mind, and isn't too quick to judge someone. He can be pretty laid back, but can get very serious when need be.

History
Carter grew up on a farm with his mother. His father was in the military and taught Carter a lot more discipline than affection whenever he was around. A couple years after his father died, Carter became a police officer, then  worked up to becoming a detective, having been working under cover for two years before he met Flash while working a case.
