The waiter walks over and asks, "Are you two ready?" Carter nodded. "Okay, what would you like?" "I want a Pepsi to drink, and the shrimp."

Flash smiles. "Ill have some water and the steak, medium well," She giggles.

The waiter nodded, "Okay. They'll be out in about 10 minutes." he walked off.

Carter watched, smiling. The waited walked out and put their drinks on the table, then walked off again.

Carter's phone started beeping and he looked at it quickly and frowned.

Flash sighs and ours her head down. "Let me guess, work," She whispers.

Carter looked at her, then at his phone again. He put his phone on silent and shoved it back into his pocket, "It can wait."

Flash lifts her head slightly. "Are you sure," She asks.

Flash gives a small smile and picks up her water taking a sip. She grabs her fork and spoon again and smiles. "If we weren't in a restaurant I would demonstrated what I had planned the other day," She whispers.

Flash looks down at the steak and smiles, her eyes glazing over. She grabs her knife and cuts the meat quickly.
