Lane smiled slightly. He shifted back to a human and rolled on his back to stare at the sky.

"I'm responsible of my brother. Not to mention I still care about my adopted parents. And school. It's not something I can just escape." Lane replies.

Snow shrugs and sits up slowly. "Soo," She whispers.

Lane looked at her. She was upside down to him which was slightly amusing.

Snow paws at his nose lightly, without touching him, and rolls her eyes. "Your smart," She giggles.

Snow shakes her head, and jumps back. She lies down, and puts her paws over her ears. "Don't touch. Empathy, remember," She whispers.

Snow sighs. "I can't touch anyone, or I feel every emotion they've felt, or see their memories. If I touch them often enough, I only get small shocks, but whenever I touch someone for the first time, I get everything they have expirenced until that moment," She whispers, and shakes her head.

"No. It's one of those against my will type things," She whispers, and shuts her eyes.

"Atleast you don't hear my brother's thoughts. He dreams about such weird stuff that I cant even sleep. Not to mention when he thinks about Aloni." Lane replies and chuckles quietly.

Snow smirks. "She can read others, but she's blind when it's about her," She giggles.

Snow smiles. "We think she's a spirit that got given a second chance. But we don't know for sure, since she doesn't remember anything," Snow whispers and ways her tail.

"I know. Zoey told us." he replies. "She also said something about her having a brother who has a son who is killer or something. Wasn't really listening."
