Carter smiled and got up to his knees so he could move backward, bringing Dylan with him.

Carter smiled and stopped moving, lowering his hands from Dylan's, seeing if he could stand on his own.

Dylan wobbles, but stays standing.

Carter held his hands out to Dylan, in case he were to fall.

Dylan sits down, and looks at Carter. Flash curses and shakes her hand quickly, looking at the burn.

Carter sat down again, holding his hands out to Dylan. "Come to daddy, Dylan."

Dylan crawls toward Carter again. Flash wraps her hand, and walks into the room with a plate of random foods. "My two boys," She smiles.

Carter picked up Dylan and looked at Flash, "What happened to you hand?"

Flash glances at it. "Burnt myself on the oven. I'll be fine," She replies, and sits beside Carter. Dylan watches the two quietly.

Carter frowned slightly and asked, "Did you run cold water over it?"

Flash nods, and flexes her fingers. "I'm fine, Carter. It'll be healed in a little while," She sighs, and picks up some of the food, chewing it lightly.

Carter looked at the food, then took something at random and tasted it curiously.

Flash smiles. "Their recipes from when I was little. Me and my mother spent a lot of time in the kitchen," She whispers.

Carter smiled and finished the piece he had taken, "It's good."

Flash smiles, and finishes her piece. "I hope so, I did burn myself over it," She giggles.

Carter chuckled. "I love you," he grinned and kissed her temple.

Flash giggles, and leans against him lightly. "Why thank you. But I do believe I love you more," She smiles.

Carter took another piece and ate it quickly, then stood Dylan up again, holding his hands up so he wouldn't fall.

Flash watches quietly. Dylan stands up, and smiles, bouncing slightly.

Carter laughed at Dylan's toothless smile, and pulled his arms toward him again, trying to get Dylan to walk again.
