Sam walked over to Max. "Now you're all quiet too. You must come from a pretty silent family," he teased, watching her.

Max opens an eye. "No. I just don't talk. Actions speak louder than words and that stuff," She replies.

"You couldn't really explain if something was wrong with your car, to someone, without speaking. How would you order something from a stand? Such as ice cream? You cannot act out being ice cream. You need words for things like that," Sam said matter-of-factly.

Max sighs, and sits up, crossing her legs. "What I mean is, like say your in a relationship. Your actions, mean more than your words, to me," She says simply.

"Well, do you have a relationship with someone on this beach, then?" He glanced around.

Max rolls her eyes. "Any relationship. Like, brother-sister, mother-daughter, father-son. That stuff," She replies.

"That doesn't answer why you're being so quiet on the beach," Sam pointed out.

Max shrugs. "Because I don't socialize. I don't really like people," She replies.

Sam shrugged and looked at Greg, "And, you are still silent."

"And I can live with that," Greg replies, and walks along the beach. "He's not used to a lot of people. Since we always move around a lot, and so he's never around the same people for long, so he doesn't like to get attached," Max whispers.

"Sounds familiar," he shrugged and looked out at the waves again. Hunter ran back to them, a bottle of water in her hand. "Where'd Greg go?" she asked curiously.

Max points to her brother as he walks along the beach. "Over there," She replies, and falls onto her back again.

Hunter hurried toward him. She ran up behind him before falling into step by his side, "Where are you going?" Sam smirked.

Greg glances at Hunter. "No where," He replies. Max looks at Sam. "What," She asks.

Greg nods. "Yeah," He replies. Max covers her ears. "Not listening," She shouts.

Sam started laughing. Hunter took a drink of her water and asked, "Do you live here?"

Greg nods. "Yeah. Until we move again," He replies. Max stands up, and punches his arm.
