Flash looks at him. "A babysitter's. Don't worry, I had her completely checked out. She's even had 3 kids of her own," She whispers, and lets her arms stay around his neck.

Flash shrugs. "I wanted too. Why? I can't kiss a friend on the cheek? It's a formal greeting in France," Flash replies quickly, covering her feelings.

Flash shakes her head head. "But, many non-french people have adapted the greeting," She replies, and kisses his other cheek lightly, ducking under his arm.

Flash turns and looks at him. "What? Would you like to go to France and stalk people with me?" She asks, and tilts her head. She wasn't going to tell him why she was there yet.

"French people. You know, like sit in a coffee shop, and watch them. Oh! And only 2 more weeks til my birthday," Flash giggles, and falls onto the couch.

"It's called people watching, Carter. We won't like, follow them home or something. That's just creepy," She whispers, and sits up, her legs dangling over the arm of the couch.

Carter shrugged. He glanced around, then said, "I'm leaving town tomorrow.."

Flash looks at him. "I knew you would be leaving soon, but not that soon," She whispers, and appears at his side, hugging him tightly. She lets go and stares at him. "Now I don't want to ask," She whispers, and looks away.

My friend, had a kid a few weeks back, and she's only about 16, and she can't raise it. So she asked me if I knew any adoption agencies, so I told her I would ask around," She whispers.
