Flash giggles, and grabs it quickly, rushing to the counter, using her extra speed, and handing the man the bill. She pulls the cash out of her pocket quickly, and gives it to him.

Carter rushed after her, then said quickly to the man, "Give that to me." He took it and pulled Flash's money out of it, replacing it with more of his own. He gave the bill back to the man.

Flash sighs, and punches him lightly. "I said not to worry about anything, Carter. Why can't you let me pay," She whispers.

"Because I'm paying," he said simply and put an arm around her, putting her money back into her pocket.

Flash sighs, and rolls her eyes. "Carter, we're in the 21st centery. I get that you want to be a gentleman and all. But you have to let me pay for things," She whispers.

"You do pay for things. You provide a roof over my head at the moment, may I remind you." He headed toward the door.

"I don't pay for that. It's automatically taken out of my father's accounts," Flash replies, and follows him.

Flash leans against him, and rolls her eyes. "Okay. Other than something that we live in. What are you going to let me pay for," She asks.

"Well, it's something your letting me pay for," Flash smiles, and pulls out her keys, handing them to Carter. "You get to drive," She smirks.

"Yes. Don't give me that look. Some people name their cars. It's named after the lead singer of one of my favorite bands," Flash smiles.
