"I know," Flash smiles, and watches him. "I will start to break a sweat on the 6th mile. So, no worries," She grins.

Flash smiles. "I run a lot, I mean at my speed. So, I won't get winded as fast as a normal person," She whispers.

Flash smiles, and falls into step beside him. "Don't strain yourself," She says calmly.

Carter didn't answer. They reached the open field and started jogging down the path.

Finishing the laps, he stopped tiredly when they got back to the street. "Mother of god."

Flash smiles, and wipes her forehead,pushing her hair away from her face. "The more you do it, the better you get," She whispers.

Flash nods, and touches her toes, before watching him. "Let's head back, and take a shower," She whispers.

Flash shakes her head. "No. I enjoy running at a normal pace sometimes," She replies, and pushes his hair out of his face. "I would kiss you, but, your all sweaty," She teases.
