Ramiro shrugged. He hadn't thought about that. "Then I'll shove him out of the tree."

Z sighs. "Your defiantly your father's son," She whispers, and walks into the den.

"Isn't that what makes daddy dad?" Ramiro tilted his head. He didn't understand.

"It's an expression. It means your like your father," Z replies.

Z smiles, and licks Ramiro's head. "He is when he wants to be," She whispers.

Z lays down and smiles, stretching out. "Now come on. We've had a long day," She whispers.

Ramiro waited for her to fall asleep. He opened one eye and checked before getting up.

"And where do you think your going?" Inga says as he brought in his siblings. Angel had protested to coming in so she dangled from his jaws. Icy walked over to her mother and curled up for warmth.

Ramiro glanced at his father. "I was uh..going to find..a squirrel..yeah, a squirrel." he grinned with a guilty look in his eyes.

"If your hungry I'll bring you one myself. Your mother wants you to rest." he said releasing Angel and she crawled over to a dark corner far away from the others as possible.

Ramiro flattened his ears against his head. "But I wanted to catch one." he lies.

Inga smiled. 'I promise I'll teach you to hunt later. For now, sleep." and with that he walked out of the den.

Ramiro watched. He went out of the den, then went the opposite way as Inga.
