Crystal had fallen asleep again. Luna curled up against Crystal's side quietly.

Santanta stood up and went over to Jay, sitting down by him. "Your bored?" he asked quietly, trying not to wake the others. Jay looked up at Santanta. He didn't really like him all that much... "Yes," was all he would say. "Alright. What do you want to do, then?"

"Can we go exploring?" Jay asked hopefully. "I don't see why not. Let me ask your mother first, though, alright?" Santanta stood up and walked over to Crystal, then gently nudged her shoulder.

Crystal opened one eye slowly and looked at him lazily. "Hmm?" She grunted before closing her eye again.

Santanta smiled and licked her nose, then turned away and went back to Jay. "Lead the way."" Jay grinned widely and took off running, Santanta following.

Crystal began to snore as she fell asleep again. Luna perked her ears and watched them leave.

Crystal's ear twitched as she opened her eyes a while later. She glanced down at Luna, who was asleep. She sat up slowly, careful not to wake her, then padded over to the little pond, lapping up the water silently.

After a while, Jay came running back toward the cove at full speed, Santanta right behind him. "I'm gonna get you!" Santanta growled playfully as he chased the pup. Jay yipped and tripped over a chunk of mud, quickly rolling over onto his back. Santanta stood over Jay, using his legs to trap the pup. "Gotcha!" Jay started laughing and nipped at Santanta's legs, trying to get free.

Crystal watched them and smiled in amusement. Luna grumbled and opened an eye lazily, watching them in annoyance.

Santanta nipped at Jay playfully. Jay barked, then hopped over Santanta's leg and ran to his mother. "Mama!"

Crystal giggled and stood up quickly, play bowing and wagging her tail as he ran toward her.

Jay stopped in his tracks, smacking his two front paws on the dirt with a playful delight. The young pups tail wagged around wildly, causing his whole rear to wag with it. Jay barked playfully at Crystal.

Crystal grinned and started running toward him playfully, laughing. Luna sat up and watched them, her head tilted to the side slightly.

Crystal gained on him quickly and tackled him to the ground playfully, pinning him down as she nipped at his paws.

Jay yipped playfully and pawed at Crystal's muzzle to get her to stop. Santanta turned his attention to Luna and grinned, crouching down to her level as his tail wagged playfully.
